Terry Endresen and Duane DeBlieck founded St. Peter Storage in 1996, building three facilities to provide storage space for local businesses. Their first customer was Phoenix Countertops. As lifelong residents of St. Peter, Endresen and DeBlieck recognized a growing demand for residential self-storage in the area and expanded their facilities to meet the community’s needs.

With over 27 years in the storage industry, Endresen and DeBlieck took pride in offering dependable service, prompt communication, and a streamlined rental experience. In July 2025, they sold the business to new owners, Blair and James, who are committed to continuing their legacy of exceptional service.
